I used to have a separate notebook for gratitude journaling, which I did very inconsistently because it wasn't always handy when I wanted to write in it.  Now that I have incorporated a gratitude spread in my command central notebook, I use it daily and it makes a huge difference in my mindset.   There's a quote I like that says "It's not happiness that brings us gratitude.  It's gratitude that brings us happiness."  So for me, having a consistent easy way to incorporate a gratitude practice in my day indeed brings more happiness to my life.  -gwen reed

  • The How - We talk about the basic structure, ways to keep it organized and what to actually put in your notebook so that you can focus on what's important to you.  
  • The When - We break down when to use it, how to migrate things between months, years and new notebooks so that it can truly function as your command central.

    • It takes about 30 minutes to go through all of the modules.  You can break it up or do it all at once - it's whatever pace you're comfortable with
  • Will you show me examples of how to set up my notebook?
    • Yes, I will show you examples of different ways you can set it up so that you can choose what works for you.
  • How quickly will I be able to set up my notebook?
    • You should be able to set up your notebook in the same day you finish the course!
  • Do I have to be artistic to use this notebook method?
    • No, you do not.  This notebook is whatever you want it to be.  So if you're creative/artistic that great.  If you're not, that's great!  Because YOU are great just the way you are!  This notebook needs to be functional and easy for you to use.  
  • Will I be able to ask questions?
    • Yes, you can ask questions anytime on the modules or in the private chat room you will have access to!
